Grip Gains Challenge

How strong is your grip? Stop by the Fitness Center throughout the Month of August and participate in our grip gains challenge. Participants will have three attempts to complete their longest active hang. Fitness staff must monitor and time all attempts. The top male and female participants who achieves the longest hang will receive a prize. Stop by the Fitness Center to sign-up.
